Dawson’s Ridge is a premier gated community on a beautiful ridgetop Camas location and is the site of the 2019 Parade of Homes. The first phase of this planned development consists of 39 home sites, several with breathtaking views of the Columbia River and Portland city lights. Phase 2 has 10 lots, some of which feature views or greenbelts. This neighborhood has amenities including highly desirable Camas schools, convenient access to shopping and freeways, and is just minutes from PDX.
