Glavin Homes has been taking advantage of the beautiful weather we have been having, and made a ton of progress in Winston Estates. There are currently 8 spec homes available for purchase, in various states of the construction process. The current model home on lot 12, located at 11002 NE 62nd Place, has been sold! We are moving into the new model — Lot 9 at 10900 NE 62nd Place — next week, just in time for the BIA New Homes Tour on Saturday & Sunday June 3, 4, 10 & 11, 2017.
