In June 2023, there were 3,298 new listings, which is a 23.2% decrease from the 4,295 listed in June 2022, and an increase of 1.8% from the 3,240 listed in May 2023.

2,272 pending sales last month show a 11.4% decrease from the 2,563 offers accepted in June 2022, and a decrease of 4.5% from the 2,379 offers accepted the previous month in May 2023.

Closed sale count of 2,085 this June was a decrease of 27.9% from the 2,893 closings last year in June 2022, and an increase of 3.8% from the 2,008 closings last month in May 2023.

Inventory increased to 2.0 months in June 2023. Total market time decreased to 33 days, with the average home sale price of $626,800, and a median home sale price of $559,900.
