Closed sale count of 1,088 this past January was a decrease of 41.3% from the 1,853 closings last year in January 2022, and a decrease of 25.7% from the 1,464 closings last month in December 2022.
Inventory increased to 2.7 months in January 2023. Total market time increased to 65 days, with the average home sale price of $532,900, and a median home sale price of $489,500.
