2,164 pending sales last month show a 28.0% decrease from the 3,005 offers accepted in April 2022, and an increase of 4.1% from the 2,079 offers accepted the previous month in March 2023.
Closed sale count of 1,707 this past April was a decrease of 38.6% from the 2,782 closings last year in April 2022, and a decrease of 2.2% from the 1,745 closings last month in March 2023.
Inventory increased to 1.9 months in April 2023. Total market time decreased to 47 days, with the average home sale price of $606,100, and a median home sale price of $530,000.
