In June 2025, there were 3,096 new listings in the Portland, Oregon metro area, which is a 1.7% increase from the 3,044 listed in June 2024, and a decrease of 15.2% from the 3,651 listed in May 2025.

2,267 pending sales last month increased 2.3% from the 2,217 offers accepted in June 2024, and decreased 1.4% from the 2,299 offers accepted the previous month in May 2025.

Closed sale count of 1,988 this past June was a decrease of 4.5% from the 2,081 closings last year in June 2024, and a decrease of 1.5% from the 2,018 closings last month in May 2025.

Inventory increased to 3.6 months in June 2025. Total market time decreased to 51 days, with the average home sale price of $634,400, and a median home sale price of $570,000.
