2,275 pending sales last month increased 10.9% from the 2,052 offers accepted in August 2024, and increased 4.5% from the 2,177 offers accepted the previous month in July 2025.
Closed sale count of 2,021 this past August was an increase of 3.3% from the 1,957 closings last year in August 2024, and an increase of 0.8% from the 2,005 closings last month in July 2025.
Inventory decreased from 3.7 months in July 2025 to 3.5 months in August. Total market time increased to from 52 days to 62, with the average home sale price of $620,500, and a median home sale price of $550,000.
