1,582 pending sales last month increased 9.8% from the 1,441 offers accepted in November 2023, and decreased 21.6% from the 2,018 offers accepted the previous month in October 2024.
Closed sale count of 1,681 this past November was an increase of 25.1% from the 1,344 closings last year in November 2023, and a decrease of 14.9% from the 1,975 closings last month in October 2024.
Inventory increased to 3.0 months in November 2024. Total market time also increased to 64 days, with the average home sale price of $615,700, and a median home sale price of $535,000.
