In March 2025, there were 2,667 new listings in the Portland, Oregon metro area, which is a 10.0% increase from the 2,425 listed in March 2024, and an increase of 38.2% from the 1,930 listed in February 2025.

2,199 pending sales last month increased 2.9% from the 2,138 offers accepted in March 2024, and increased 33.4% from the 1,648 offers accepted the previous month in February 2025.

Closed sale count of 1,613 this past March was an increase of 2.2% from the 1,578 closings last year in March 2024, and an increase of 13.0% from the 1,428 closings last month in February 2025.

Inventory decreased to 3.0 months in March 2025. Total market time also decreased to 71 days, with the average home sale price of $597,400, and a median home sale price of $542,000.
