Closed sale count of 1,213 this past January was an increase of 8.3% from the 1,120 closings last year in January 2024, and a decrease of 20.9% from the 1,534 closings last month in December 2024.
Inventory increased to 3.7 months in January 2025. Total market time also increased to 88 days, with the average home sale price of $600,300, and a median home sale price of $537,000.
