Closed sale count of 1,428 this past February was an increase of 11.2% from the 1,284 closings last year in February 2024, and an increase of 17.7% from the 1,213 closings last month in January 2025.
Inventory decreased to 3.2 months in February 2025. Total market time also decreased to 79 days, with the average home sale price of $613,100, and a median home sale price of $538,300.
