2,530 pending sales last month show a 28.4% decrease from the 3,535 offers accepted in August 2021, and an increase of 3.5% from the 2,445 offers accepted the previous month in July 2022.
Closed sale count of 2,581 this August was a decrease of 19.8% from the 3,219 closings last year in August 2021, and an increase of 8.9% from the 2,369 closings last month in July 2022.
Inventory decreased to 1.8 months in August 2022. Total market time increased to 28 days, with the average home sale price of $607,700, and a median home sale price of $548,400.
