In April 2024, there were 3,120 new listings in Portland, Oregon metro area, which is a 17.6% increase from the 2,653 listed in April 2023, and an increase of 28.7% from the 2,425 listed in March 2024.

2,313 pending sales last month show a 6.9% increase from the 2,164 offers accepted in April 2023, and an increase of 8.2% from the 2,138 offers accepted the previous month in March 2024.

Closed sale count of 1,883 this past April was an increase of 10.3% from the 1,707 closings last year in April 2023, and an increase of 19.3% from the 1,707 closings last month in March 2024.

Inventory increased to 2.4 months in April 2024. Total market time increased to 83 days, with the average home sale price of $618,900, and a median home sale price of $543,000.
