Closed sale count of 2,782 this April was a decrease of 5.6% from the 2,946 closings last year in April 2021, and an increase of 3.7% from the 2,683 closings last month in March 2022.
Inventory increased to 0.8 months in April 2022. Total market time decreased to 21 days, with the average home sale price of $632,900, and a median home sale price of $560,000.
