In August 2024, there were 762 new listings in Southwest Washington, which is a 6.4% increase from the 716 listed in August 2023, and a decrease of 4.4% from the 797 listed in July 2024.

557 pending sales last month show a 1.1% increase from the 551 offers accepted in August 2023, and a decrease of 8.7% from the 610 offers accepted the previous month in July 2024.

Closed sale count of 555 this past August was a decrease of 6.9% from the 596 closings last year in August 2023, and a decrease of 10.6% from the 621 closings last month in July 2024.

Inventory increased to 3.0 months in August 2024. Total market time increased to 46 days, with the average home sale price of $620,300, and a median home sale price of $547,000.
