Clark County Real Estate Market Update for September 2021

In September 2021, there were 1,000 new listings, which is an 8% increase from the 926 listed in September 2020, and a decrease of 8% from the 1,087 listed in August 2021.

889 pending sales last month show a 12.6% decrease from the 1,017 offers accepted in September 2020, and a decrease of 11.8% from the 1,008 offers accepted the previous month in August 2021.

Closed sale count of 917 this September was a decrease of 2.4% from the 940 closings last year in September 2020, and a decrease of 1% from the 926 closings last month in August 2021.

Inventory remained steady at 0.8 months in September 2021. Total market time also stayed at 18 days, with the average home sale price of $530,200, and a median home sale price of $473,000.
