Clark County Real Estate Market Update for November 2021

In November 2021, there were 741 new listings, which is an 17.6% increase from the 630 listed in November 2020, and a decrease of 17.0% from the 893 listed in October 2021.

825 pending sales last month show a 9.9% increase from the 751 offers accepted in November 2020, and a decrease of 8.3% from the 900 offers accepted the previous month in October 2021.

Closed sale count of 810 this November was a decrease of 1.8% from the 825 closings last year in November 2020, and a decrease of 9.7% from the 897 closings last month in October 2021.

Inventory slightly decreased to 0.6 months in November 2021. Total market time increased to 24 days, with the average home sale price of $547,800, and a median home sale price of $483,500.
