Closed sale count of 832 this May was an increase of 44.2% from the 577 closings last year in May 2020, and an increase of 0.7% from the 826 closings last month in April 2021.
Inventory remained steady at 0.6 months in May 2021. Total market time also decreased to 18 days, with the average home sale price increasing to $520,600, and a median home sale price of $465,000.
