Clark County Real Estate Market Update for May 2021

In May 2021, there were 1,055 new listings, which is an 8.7% increase from the 971 listed in May 2020, and a decrease of 6.1% from the 1,123 listed in April 2021.

1,039 pending sales last month show a 16.5% increase from the 892 offers accepted in May 2020, and an increase of 13.4% from the 916 offers accepted the previous month in April 2021.

Closed sale count of 832 this May was an increase of 44.2% from the 577 closings last year in May 2020, and an increase of 0.7% from the 826 closings last month in April 2021.

Inventory remained steady at 0.6 months in May 2021. Total market time also decreased to 18 days, with the average home sale price increasing to $520,600, and a median home sale price of $465,000.
