In March 2024, there were 743 new listings in Southwest Washington, which is a 6.0% increase from the 701 listed in March 2023, and an increase of 23.4% from the 602 listed in February 2024.

626 pending sales last month show a 7.0% increase from the 585 offers accepted in March 2023, and an increase of 10.0% from the 569 offers accepted the previous month in February 2024.

Closed sale count of 494 this past March was an increase of 4.4% from the 473 closings last year in March 2023, and an increase of 22.9% from the 402 closings last month in February 2024.

Inventory decreased to 2.1 months in March 2024. Total market time increased to 103 days, with the average home sale price of $575,600, and a median home sale price of $527,600.
