In March 2023, there were 701 new listings in Southwest Washington, which is a 30.6% decrease from the 1,010 listed in March 2022, and an increase of 52.1% from the 461 listed in February 2023.

585 pending sales last month show a 37.2% decrease from the 932 offers accepted in March 2022, and an increase of 17.0% from the 500 offers accepted the previous month in February 2023.

Closed sale count of 473 this past March was a decrease of 39.6% from the 783 closings last year in March 2022, and an increase of 21.9% from the 388 closings last month in February 2023.

Inventory decreased to 1.4 months in March 2023. Total market time also decreased to 60 days, with the average home sale price of $565,100, and a median home sale price of $513,000.
