Closed sale count of 780 this June was a decrease of 19.3% from the 966 closings last year in June 2021, and a decrease of 1.5% from the 966 closings last month in June 2022.
Inventory increased to 1.5 months in June 2022. Total market time dropped to 16 days, with the average home sale price of $611,400, and a median home sale price of decreasing to $533,800.
