In July 2022, there were 978 new listings, which is a 19.4 % decrease from the 1,213 listed in July 2021, and a decrease of 16.1% from the 1,165 listed in June 2022.
702 pending sales last month show a 27.6% decrease from the 969 offers accepted in July 2021, and an increase of 4.2% from the 674 offers accepted the previous month in June 2022.
Closed sale count of 666 this July was a decrease of 32.9% from the 993 closings last year in July 2021, and a decrease of 14.6% from the 780 closings last month in June 2022.
Inventory increased to 1.9 months in July 2022. Total market time also increased to 24 days, with the average home sale price of $582,800, and a median home sale price of $529,400.
