In February 2022, there were 842 new listings, which is an 18.4% increase from the 711 listed in February 2021, and an increase of 21.2% from the 695 listed in January 2022.
758 pending sales last month show an 8.3% increase from the 700 offers accepted in February 2021, and an increase of 8.1% from the 701 offers accepted the previous month in January 2022.
Closed sale count of 567 this February was a decrease of 7.0% from the 610 closings last year in February 2021, and an increase of 6.2% from the 534 closings last month in January 2022.
Inventory slightly increased to 0.7 months in February 2022. Total market time also increased to 27 days, with the average home sale price of $565,700, and a median home sale price of $512,100.
