Closed sale count of 610 this February was an increase of 18.7% from the 514 closings last year in February 2020, and an increase of 4.8% from the 582 closings last month in January 2021.
Inventory slightly decreased to 0.7 months in February 2021. Total market time also decreased to 33 days, with the average home sale price of $482,000, and a median home sale price of $433,100.
