In December 2022, there were 367 new listings, which is a 27.5% decrease from the 506 listed in December 2021, and a decrease of 25.7% from the 494 listed in November 2022.

373 pending sales last month show a 35.5% decrease from the 578 offers accepted in December 2021, and a decrease of 13.1% from the 429 offers accepted the previous month in November 2022.

Closed sale count of 451 this past December was a decrease of 46.1% from the 837 closings last year in December 2021, and a decrease of 2% from the 460 closings last month in November 2022.

Inventory decreased to 1.9 months in December 2022. Total market time increased to 52 days, with the average home sale price of $544,200, and a median home sale price of $479,000.
