Clark County Real Estate Market Update for August 2021

In August 2021, there were 1,087new listings, which is an 1.3% increase from the 1,073 listed in August 2020, and a decrease of 10.4% from the 1,213 listed in July 2021.

1,008 pending sales last month show a 7.9% decrease from the 1,095 offers accepted in August 2020, but an increase of 4% from the 969 offers accepted the previous month in July 2021.

Closed sale count of 926 this August was an increase of 12.8% from the 821 closings last year in August 2020, and a decrease of 6.7% from the 993 closings last month in July 2021.

Inventory slightly increased to 0.8 months in August 2021. Total market time also increased to 18 days, with the average home sale price of $543,100, and a median home sale price of $484,800.
