In April 2024, there were 831 new listings in Southwest Washington, which is a 34.2% increase from the 619 listed in April 2023, and an increase of 11.8% from the 743 listed in March 2024.

606 pending sales last month show a slight 0.2% decrease from the 607 offers accepted in April 2023, and a decrease of 3.2% from the 626 offers accepted the previous month in March 2024.

Closed sale count of 466 this past April was an increase of 13.7% from the 466 closings last year in April 2023, and an increase of 7.3% from the 466 closings last month in March 2024.

Inventory increased to 2.5 months in April 2024. Total market time also increased to 111 days, with the average home sale price up to $601,900, and a median home sale price of $543,700.
