Clark County Real Estate Market Update for April 2022

In April 2022, there were 948 new listings, which is an 15.6% decrease from the 1,123 listed in April 2021, and a decrease of 6.1% from the 1,010 listed in March 2022.

802 pending sales last month show a 12.4% decrease from the 916 offers accepted in April 2021, and a decrease of 13.9% from the 932 offers accepted the previous month in March 2022.

Closed sale count of 806 this April was a decrease of 2.4% from the 826 closings last year in April 2021, and an increase of 2.9% from the 783 closings last month in March 2022.

Inventory increased to 0.6 months in April 2022. Total market time also increased to 18 days, with the average home sale price of $587,300, and a median home sale price of $528,500.
