2022 Cano Real Estate Achievement Awards
The last couple of years have been times of growth and change at Cano Real Estate. In 2022 we had a few stand-out team members that we wanted to recognize for their contributions to the team. Undeterred by shipping delays and scheduling conflicts, we were finally able to present some team awards.
Please join us in congratulating the following 2022 Award Winners:
Aaron Johnson – Most Helpful Teammate
Any time a team member has a question about a scenario, needs someone to show property, has a question on a form, or any number of other requests, Aaron continually steps up to help any time he can. Aaron was awarded 2022’s “Most Helpful Teammate” for being a shining example of what it really means to “Get a Team!”
Steve Dobbs – Highest Sales Volume, Most Units Sold (tie), and Most Inspirational
Achieving “Highest Sales Volume” and tying for “Most Units Sold“, Steve really crushed it his first year in real estate. His work ethic, dedication to the community, and genuine care for people really showed with everyone he worked with as a client or real estate professional. He rolled out the Giving Back Program as a way to give back to first responders, healthcare professionals, and educators. Steve continues to inspire us every day, and was without a doubt the “Most Inspirational” in 2022.
Kayla Hidalgo – Most Units Sold (tie) and Rookie of the Year
Kayla joined the team in October 2021, and her first full year with Cano Real Estate was phenomenal. Her tenacity, knack for connecting with people, providing top-notch service, and having a solid foundation of real estate processes really catapulted her success in 2022. Tying for “Most Units Sold” didn’t adequately show just how hard she worked, so Kayla was awarded 2022 “Rookie of the Year” in recognition of all the ways she excelled on the team this past year.
Congratulations to Aaron, Steve, and Kayla on your achievements in 2022. And, THANK YOU to everyone on the Cano Real Estate team for the contributions you make every day. There aren’t enough awards on earth to adequately express how much you are valued.
