Aaron Johnson brings different perspectives to his career as a real estate agent, having grown up in Clark County before leaving for high school, college and more than a decade of his professional career.
After spending most of his youth in Vancouver, Aaron attended high school in Illinois and then earned an Accounting/Finance Degree from Purdue University in Indiana. He then spent 15 years acquiring an extensive background in accounting and finance in corporate America, living in Seattle and Washington, DC, before returning to Clark County in 2015.
Two years ago, Aaron eagerly joined the team at Cano Real Estate, where he now puts all that life and professional experience to work serving his clients.
“I think anytime you have varied experiences in life, it allows you to bring perspective to different situations,’’ Johnson said. “Every customer is a little different. I enjoy working with different people in different stages of their life, from first-time home buyers to seasoned buyers. They each have different needs and I just try to provide good customer service.’’
Aaron is licensed in both Washington and Oregon, so he is equipped to serve clients moving to either state.
“A lot of people who are here now are not from here,’’ Aaron said. “I can relate to them, starting a new life in a new place.’’
Aaron says he enjoys every stage of a real estate transaction and he prides himself for having the ability to help clients present diligently prepared offers that will be strongly considered in a highly competitive market.
“In a hot market like we have today, I think one thing I’ve learned is how to position my clients to actually get their offer accepted,’’ Aaron said. “I enjoy taking a little extra time talking through an offer with my clients to make theirs more attractive.’’
Outside of real estate, Aaron enjoys spending time with his three children -- Camden, Holden, and Everleigh.
