Spenser Beck, our agent at Cano Real Estate, began our relationship by driving approximately 100 miles to our previous home in order to personally understand our needs related to both existing home sale and new home purchase. Spenser was very responsive to our most minute requests at all hours seemingly 7 days a week throughout process and was a great liaison to all third parties involved in process. I had a wonderful experience with Dacia Alexander during my home purchase process. Dacia was always on the ball anytime I text or called her, day or night. She was always bubbly and happy to help. She definitely went above and beyond more than once or twice, even staying up a couple late nights with me to help me any way she could to get the property that I wanted. I had a low budget and yet she found me everything I was looking for plus more than I could have even asked for and also came out under my budget. . . Kayla was awesome! My husband and I didn’t end up closing a deal but that was based upon our own decisions and that it just wasn’t the best time for our family to sell/buy.
